The publishers of the Philadelphia Magazine have multiple times named Emmanuel one of the best plaintiff’s personal injury lawyers in Pennsylvania with the designation of a Pennsylvania Super lawyer. Only five percent (5%) of Pennsylvania lawyers receive this honor. A Super Lawyer is an attorney recognized by his peers as outstanding in the practice of law.

Emmanuel was a partner with the Philadelphia plaintiffs’ law firm of Eaton & McClellan before he founded Emmanuel Law Firm, LLC. Prior to working at Eaton & McClellan, Emmanuel practiced both as a defense and plaintiff’s lawyer with another Philadelphia law firm. In that position Emmanuel represented defendants in eminent domain, employment, health care, labor, medical malpractice, and personal injury actions. He also performed substantial legal research and writing, and reviewed collective bargaining agreements and other contractual provisions. Further, he took and defended depositions, and engaged in substantial motions practice, and provided trial support.

From October 1996 through January 31, 1998, Emmanuel served as the law clerk to the Honorable Judge Ricardo C. Jackson of the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas. In his capacity as Judge Jackson’s law clerk, Emmanuel engaged in extensive legal research and writing, and drafted judicial opinions.
